Product Overview

Texwipe® PolySat® Pre-Wetted Cleanroom Wipers deliver consistent, dependable cleaning performance for cleanrooms and other controlled environments. Constructed from 100% meltblown polypropylene, these non-sterile wipers are pre-wetted with 70% IPA and 30% DI water, providing repeatable wetness and cleaning efficiency without preparing a separate solution. Their soft construction is suitable for sensitive surfaces while resisting snagging and abrasion to help minimize unwanted particle and fiber release. Manufactured for low levels of particles and extractables, these wipers are suitable for ISO Class 5-8 environments and meet USP <797> and <800> wiper requirements. Ideal for cleaning surfaces, production equipment, parts, cleanroom supplies, and removing lubricants, adhesives, and processing residues.
