All stocked orders are shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, NV*. If you have a
preferred carrier and contracted rates, we can set up a shipping account that will
bill directly to your account, helping to eliminate unnecessary surcharges and save

Please note: The shipping charges displayed at checkout are only estimates. These charges
are subject to change based on the weight of the shipment, your preferred shipping method,
and any additional requirements such as Hazmat or overnight/expedited delivery requests.
*Medical devices will be shipped from our facility in Corona, CA throughout the month of May.
