These mop covers offer superior strength, ultralow particle-generating characteristics and low extractable levels in a continuous filament knitted substrate. AlphaSat Pre-Wetted Mop Covers are packaged in a cleanroom environment and are available in a convenient pouch that incorporates a resealable zip-lock feature to prevent solvent evaporation.

• Pre-wetted with a 0.2 m filtered, 6% isopropyl alcohol (semiconductor grade) and deionized water.
• Eliminates need to store, mix and filter bulk chemicals for use with dry mop covers
• Package can be wiped down prior to introduction into the cleanroom
• Specifically designed for the needs of ultra-clean production environments
• Easily changeable, laundered polyester heads fit over a flat, padded head assembly
• Pre-wetted mop covers help reduce VOC emissions
