Neutralizing Buffer for the detection of microorganisms found on surfaces. Neutralizes chlorine, iodine and quaternary ammonium compounds. Contains no growth factors, therefor is recommended for enumeration methods. A ready-to-use swab and tube pre-filled with your choice of five solutions to fit your specific needs!Collect and transport environmental samples with efficiency and ease. Simply remove the cap and attached Dacron® swab, collect the sample, recap, and send to the lab. Each EnviroTrans™ tube contains broth or buffer (see listing). The entire unit is terminally sterilized. Excellent for detection or enumeration of microorganisms from environmental surfaces or equipment.
